Description:
Koby is a four-year-old, Black Lab/German Shepard mix. His birthday is February 18th, 2021. He loves to be outside! He could play fetch for hours & will never turn down a walk. He knows his commands really well. Sit, down, drop it, stay, leave it. He’s not vocal, literally ever, except for when startled. He gets anxious around men, but with proper slow introductions he does come around. He has lived with kids his whole life but does not enjoy interacting with them. He really loves car rides! He sits in the seat like a person. Koby is crate trained, although he doesn’t need to be anymore. His kennel is his safe place & finds a lot of comfort having a place he can escape to. Especially one that is just for him. He is an affectionate dog, but he does struggle with anxiety & needs someone who understands that. He does GREAT with other dogs! Absolutely loves them, however, he’s never lived with other animals, so keeping him completely separate at first and very slow intros to other animals are a must. He is also a very calm dog when inside the house. Koby is from an Owner Surrender. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application.
