Male Dog, American Staffordshire Terrier

American Staffordshire Terrier / American Bulldog / Mixed (Short Coat)

Description:

I'm Ace Odin, the self-proclaimed good boy extraordinaire! I'm all about the good vibes—gentle treat-taking, lap snuggles (don't tell me I'm too big to fit on your lap, because I'll prove you wrong), family car rides, and yard shenanigans are totally my jam. Whether I'm free-roaming at home or chilling in my open-kennel palace, I've got the relaxation game on point. And, let's not forget the bedtime adventures—snoozing in bed with my favorite humans is a must! Now, let's talk about my inner adventurer. Walks? Count me in! Playing with toys and chewing on bones? Oh, you bet! I might not be into the whole "bring the ball back" thing, but throw it, and I'll give you a hilarious chase. When it comes to new folks, I will bark, especially if they show up on my turf. Just keep those introductions slow and supervised, and we'll be best buds in a flash. I do much better meeting new people on neutral territory. I can be more cautious around men, and if there's any arguing or kids wrestling, I'll play referee and check if anyone needs help. A home with older, dog-savvy kiddos (maybe above 10) is where I'll shine brightest. I'm not the biggest fan of cats, so a cat-free zone is ideal. I can get startled by outside noises and will get vocal at times, so a home without shared walls will be best. I have lived with dogs in the past and have done well. Do you think I could be the pup for you? Let the adventures begin! ACE'S ADOPTION FEE HAS BEEN PAID BY A GENEROUS DONOR Ace Odin is from a local shelter.
