Description:
Noelle has a story to tell, and you can see it in her eyes. She was carried into the shelter by an officer with a heart of gold and staff and volunteers were instantly captivated. She was found on the side of a road and had spent at least one night outside in below zero temps. She was underweight, thirsty, hungry, and in need of grooming. That night, her age was estimated at 8-10 years. A visit to the vet later corrected that age to around ONE!! (She's obviously been through some stuff!!) She's gained weight, confidence and personality. Her gaze latches on to her people, and you can FEEL when she is looking at you. She is so incredibly special!
