Description:
Joker is a goofy, sweet 9 month old boy who has a LOT of love to give. He loves to play all the time—fetch, toys, with other dogs, and with people. He seems to love water too (he’ll splash around in his water bowl or try to hop in the running shower). He is currently attending training through NDLB and has done really well so far. Joker is mostly potty trained (has had a few accidents but seems to be catching on quicky). He’s learning to like his crate—he barks in it at first, but he does get quiet after a little bit. He’s learning to walk on a leash without pulling—he’s a very strong boy, but he is also treat motivated and seems to understand when we try to correct him. He has been around kids a bit and seemed to ignore them. He hasn’t been around cats yet to our knowledge. His energy level is high, so he’ll need someone who will play fetch with him and/or take him on walks/runs and perhaps help him use his brain too! Joker would make a great companion with all the love he has to offer. Are you his forever family?! Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue.
