Female Dog, Belgian Shepherd Malinois

Belgian Shepherd Malinois

Description:

Libby is a lovely young black Belgian Malinois who has quickly adjusted to having a caring home with her fosters. When she came into MAD she had never had a toy - now she prances with delight while carrying them around and the shows real joy in chewing a way on them. A gentle soul, Libby can be just a little unsure of new people at first, but she bonds quickly, and enjoys belly rubs and loving pets form her person. Libby does very well in the car, having learned that car rides means going on new adventures! Her fosters have taken her to the sea and into the mountains and Libby thoroughly enjoys these experiences. Always curious, she scans the scene and then get into action, enjoying her surroundings with joy. At home she loves to romp with her foster sibling and keep a keen eye on what's going on outside. Libby had zero obedience when she came into MAD, so she is now learning all the basics. She does well in the crate, walks fairly well on a leash and is environmentally sound. She did well at the vet, the agility center and at an indoor swimming pool, all on her first visits, remaining calm, relaxed but curious. If you are looking for a dog to take with you on daily adventures, Libby is your girl!To apply to adopt, please fill out the application by clicking on the Adopt button or ask for her to be added to your existing application.***********************************************We are an official 501c3 organization that does not have a physical location.
