Suede will thrive in a single-family home with a securely fenced privacy yard and, most importantly, a life lived indoors as a cherished member of the family.Suedeâs ideal adopters will have extensive Husky experience and be committed to providing him with consistent exercise, mental stimulation, and positive guidance. He is an active and engaging boy who will flourish with adopters who appreciate the intelligence and energy Huskies are known for. Unfortunately, Suede has tested positive for Heartworm, and it is essential that his future family is willing and able to strictly follow the medication and activity-restriction regimen required for successful treatment. With dedication and patience, Suede can fully recover, complete his neuter appointment, and begin the next healthy chapter of his life.While Suede cannot join a home with cats, he does enjoy canine companionship. If there are other dogs in the household, a dog-to-dog meet and greet will be arranged to ensure everyone is a good fit. Suede is up to date on all vaccines and preventative care and is currently available through a foster-to-adopt arrangement while he completes his heartworm treatment and neuter. Would be best in a home with older children.
