When she arrived at Macomb County Animal Control, she was in very rough shape, both physically and emotionally. Her body carried the bumps and bruises of a difficult past, and her spirit was just as wounded. But this brave girl has been healing beautifully. Her physical scars are fading, and each day her personality shines a little brighter.Noel can be a bit shy at first, but with patience and kindness, she opens up quickly. Once she feels safe, she becomes a sweet, affectionate girl who simply wants to be loved on â and sheâll never turn down a treat. She is gentle, sensitive, and deeply appreciative of calm, reassuring humans.Noel is looking for a peaceful home where she can continue to grow in confidence. She would thrive in a quiet environment without young children or cats, and while she does well with other dogs, she prefers those who are laid back and not too rambunctious. She needs a family who can dedicate time, attention, and love to help her continue her healing journey.More than anything, Noel hopes to find a warm, happy home for Christmas â a place where she can finally feel safe, cherished, and part of a family.
