Description:

Meet C.B. – Your Built-In Best Friend! Looking for a loyal shadow who will be by your side through everything? That’s C.B.! If you head to the fridge for a snack, he’s right there. Bathroom break? He’s coming with. Snuggle time? He’s already under the covers, curled up like a little angel (he even slept all night in my daughter’s bed without moving an inch!). C.B. is a champion snuggler and adores being held. He’ll press his cheek against yours, soaking up every ounce of love. He’s wonderful with kids—my 5-year-old literally lays cheek-to-cheek with him, and when my son got hurt, C.B. rushed over to cover him in kisses like the sweetest little nurse. He’s playful too—he recently showed off his zoomies, spinning in excitement when I came home. He’s settled beautifully with my dogs, enjoying naps and games of chase after a few days of adjustment. Like many small dogs, he can get a little protective of his person’s lap or food bowl around other pups, so he’d do best in a home where that’s understood and managed. With people, though, he’s nothing but gentle love. Some of C.B.’s greatest hits: Kid-approved! He’s unbothered even by a 5-year-old zooming laps around the living room. Loves the car—he’ll curl up wherever you place him and snooze the ride away. Excellent bladder control (seriously, this guy can hold it!). The sweetest lapdog who will keep you company through everything. C.B. is ready for a forever family who wants a devoted, affectionate companion. If you’ve been looking for a snuggle bug who doubles as your little shadow, C.B. is your guy! This dog is up to date on vaccinations and is spayed or neutered. (Please note: Puppies under 3 months old may not be sterilized prior to adoption. If this is the case, your adoption coordinator will provide guidance on the process.) To adopt or learn more about this dog, you must complete an adoption application, which can be found on our website: www.sandypawsrescue.com. PLEASE READ: • If a dog or puppy is listed, they are currently available for adoption. However, they may already be pending an adoption, and their profile may not yet reflect this. • All information is accurate to the best of our knowledge as of the posting date. • Unless explicitly stated, Sandy Paws Rescue does not guarantee the breed of any dog. Breeds listed are educated guesses made by shelter staff, volunteers, or veterinarians. Many of our dogs are mixed breeds, often with pit bull-type genetics, resulting in a wide variety of physical traits and temperaments. Our dogs come from various situations, such as kill shelters, owner surrenders, or as strays. It is likely both parents were mixed breeds as well. Sandy Paws Rescue does not have a public shelter in Massachusetts. Our dogs reside in private foster homes or boarding kennels in the South until adopted. Many dogs are spoken for prior to transport or release from state-mandated isolation. For information on adoption fees, procedures, or FAQs, visit our website: www.sandypawsrescue.com. The FIRST step in adopting from Sandy Paws Rescue is to submit a completed adoption application.
