Akiro is an absolute sweetheart with a heart of gold, but he is fearful of new situations and it can take him awhile to warm up to new environments and people. When he warms up, he warms up hard and he's a big lovebug to the people he knows! Akiro loves life, and he makes that very clear on his daily strolls. It will be important for his new owner to follow up with a force free trainer so Akiro can work on adjusting to new environments. He is looking for a quiet adult only home as the only dog outside of the city!Akiro is currently up to date on all vaccinations, has been neutered, microchipped, and seen by our vet team.For more information on Akiro or any other animal currently residing at the Animal Rescue League of Boston, please call us at 617-426-9170.
