With his gentle, laid-back nature and a touch of playful confidence, he’s the kind of companion who brings calm and joy in equal measure. He’s a people-pleaser through and through—eager to follow your lead, quick to offer snuggles, and always ready with a wagging tail. Whether it’s belly rubs on a quiet afternoon or a burst of puppy playtime, Bubba’s sweet and submissive demeanor makes him a delight to be around.Bubba has been fostered in a lively home with up to 15 dogs of all ages and sizes, and he’s learning the ropes of respectful canine interaction. He’s playful with his siblings and knows to be cautious and submissive around older dogs, especially after a few gentle corrections. His tail never stops wagging, and his affectionate nature shines through in every interaction. While he hasn’t met cats or children yet, his calm and gentle temperament suggests he’d do wonderfully with both—especially once the initial excitement settles.Bubba is making great progress with his training. He shares a gated room with his siblings, enjoys the freedom of an open crate, and has access to a large backyard for play. His daily routine includes scheduled meals, potty breaks, and rest times, which help him feel secure and confident. Potty training is ongoing—he uses pads indoors and is learning to go outside consistently. Leash skills are still developing, but he’s doing well on a slip lead and can confidently navigate stairs.
