Even though he just wants to play, his approach may not be appreciated by some dogs. Cats and other small animals are not a good fit for this boy as he is overly interested in them and doesn't understand that they may not want to play and be his friend. Boris Chief loves getting attention from his people and would have no issue being the sole focus of his family's attention.Due to his teenage spunk, it will likely take Boris Chief some time to settle into his new home, so his family will need to be patient and loving with him as he learns what is expected of him. He can be a mouthy when he gets excited or wants attention, and is working on learning ways to express his excitement in a calmer manner. When given sufficient training and playtime, Boris can be crated for a full workday, and will easily go in his crate for a treat. In a home with limited ambient noise he is very quiet in his crate, but in an active home or building with exterior noises, he can become vocal as he wants to join in on the fun and doesn't want you to forget about him.Boris Chief is the kind of dog who loves his people with his whole heart and is ready to be the loyal best friend they’ve always dreamed of.Please Note: All dogs are posted until they are officially adopted.
