Chase came to the shelter as an owner surrender when his family could no longer keep him in their apartment. The transition has been hard on him, and heâs terrified in the shelter environment. Chase is naturally nervous around strangers but has the potential to flourish in a patient and understanding home. Once he feels safe, his sweet personality will start to shine. Heâs looking for a home that will give him the time and space he needs to feel secure and come out of his shell. Chase is crate trained and rides well in a car according to his original owner.Chase currently weighs 54 pounds.If you are interested in meeting Chase, please visit the shelter during our open hours; Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri 10a-12:30p & 2p-4p, Thurs 10a-12:30p & 2p-6:30p, and Saturday 9a-1p. Adoption application can be filled out and approved during your meet-and-greet. If you have another dog in the home, plan to bring them for a meet before you complete the adoption!
