Meet Jewel of the J pups! Jewel is a 10 week old 14 pound Mountain Cur mix (our best guess). Jewel is very affectionate and loves to cuddle. She is a playful pup, but also has a calm demeanor about her. She is doing great with her Foster's toddler and is friendly meeting other dogs. Jewel is very food motivated, which has been super helpful in her training. She is doing great on both potty and crate training. She has learned to respect cats and is being fostered in a farm setting, around chickens and horses. There's no such thing as stranger danger with Jewel - she runs right up to any human for attention. Apply now to bring some of Jewel's special brand of puppy love into your heart and home! The adoption fee for this dog is $375, which helps with the cost of routine vet care. A spay/neuter deposit is required at time of adoption. **No extensions or exceptions will be made to the required spay/neuter date. Puppies require an adopter who is home a good part of the day to continue their training - no exceptions! They are up-to-date on age appropriate vaccines and preventatives and will need to be spayed/neutered at the age of 6 months. Please note, this pup's immune system will not be fully functioning until about 16 weeks of age and therefore, s/he is not suited for Apartment/Condo living or Town homes without a private fenced yard and will not be able to go to public places where s/he could possibly be exposed to the germs of unvaccinated dogs, such as PetSmart/PetCo and dog parks until s/he is 16 weeks old.
