Meet Jessa of the J pups! Jessa is an 11 week old 16 pound Shepherd Mountain Cur mix (our best guess). She's settled in beautifully at her foster home, and they report Jessa will be in exactly the mood you are in. If it's playtime, she's right there in the mix - and if it's cuddle time, she's up close and looking for ALL of the snuggles. She adores her foster's preschoolers and and is always with them - curious and affectionate and extremely laid back. She was a little shy with her foster's large hound at first but now looks to her for comfort. She sleeps through the night and knows where the door is to go outside, so she's getting there on housebreaking. And she was not at all phased by or interested in her foster's horses. Gorgeous Jessa is the biggest of her siblings and has beautiful gold and brown markings. Apply now to bring some of this special brand of puppy love into your heart and home! The adoption fee for this dog is $375, which helps with the cost of routine vet care. A spay/neuter deposit is required at time of adoption. **No extensions or exceptions will be made to the required spay/neuter date. Puppies require an adopter who is home a good part of the day to continue their training - no exceptions! They are up-to-date on age appropriate vaccines and preventatives and will need to be spayed/neutered at the age of 6 months. Please note, this pup's immune system will not be fully functioning until about 16 weeks of age and therefore, s/he is not suited for Apartment/Condo living or Town homes without a private fenced yard and will not be able to go to public places where s/he could possibly be exposed to the germs of unvaccinated dogs, such as PetSmart/PetCo and dog parks until s/he is 16 weeks old.
