Meet Cleopatra (Cleo)Cleopatra is settling into foster life beautifully and showing her true, sweet nature. She can be a little jumpy at first, but once she feels safe she sticks close, sleeps peacefully, and enjoys being near her people. She already feels like the kind of dog who can easily blend into a home’s daily routine.Her playful side is starting to come out as she relaxes. Cleo loves a ball and happily chases, shares, and gives it up again with a constantly wagging tail. She’s also a quick learner—stairs were scary at first, but she’s already mastering them. She has excellent house manners and has been reliably going potty outside, even in bad weather.Cleo walks nicely on leash, is calm and easy to handle, and enjoys exploring her surroundings. She’s friendly with people, accepts petting, and is treat motivated. Around other dogs she’s curious and playful, showing interest and play bows, and would likely do well with calm, tolerant canine companions.Shelter life has been stressful for Cleopatra, and she can seem barky or nervous in a kennel setting, but outside of it she is relaxed, affectionate, and gentle.
