She’s just 30 pounds of pure happiness, and while she may be missing a leg, she’s got extra love, energy, and spunk to make up for it.Skylar came to us via transport, looking for a fresh start after being hit by a car. But don’t feel sorry for her — she definitely doesn’t. This one-year-old Australian Cattle Dog is too busy chasing toys, zipping around the yard, and perfecting her fetch game (she lives for fetch, by the way). She may only have three legs, but speed? She’s got it. Determination? Loads of it. A sense of humor? Absolutely.She’s lived with kids, cats, and dogs in a foster home and passed with flying colors — because being everyone’s best friend is kind of her thing. Whether she’s making you laugh with her goofy zoomies or curling up next to you like the loyal little sidekick she is, Skylar brings the kind of joy that sticks with you.
