Hi, I’m Scrapple!I’m a 2-year-old, 65-pound, terrier mix with tan and white fur, though I really should be closer to 35 pounds. I’ve been carrying some extra weight from past neglect. I’m also deaf, but don’t worry…I can still tell when it’s treat time!I was recently surrendered after my owner passed away, and I’m currently living in a home with a 9 and 16-year-old, so I’m great with kids. I’ll admit that I’m a little bit afraid of the rain. Seriously, what girl likes to get her hair wet in public? I prefer puddle-free paws! Baths and grooming? Totally fine.Because of my extra weight, I have short-term joint issues, but my vet says once I slim down, I should feel better/pain free. I’m friendly, affectionate, and love company — all I need is some exercise, patience, and lots of belly rubs.If you want a loyal, loving, slightly rain-averse companion, I’m your girl!
