Description:
Our local animal control removed Luna,a sweet pitbull terrier mix, from a residence due to neglect and starvation. She had a broken leg which had to be amputated and while in recovery delivered 3 surprise puppies. Apollo is the smallest of Luna’s pups but he is quite the explorer. He loves to be cuddled and runs up when the foster mom comes in the kennel to greet her with a lick. To apply to adopt any of our animals, all other animals in the home must be neutered and up to date on basic shots. Dogs must be on heartworm preventative and you must have a good vet reference. For puppies, we prefer homes where the adults have flexible schedules. See our Facebook page for more photos and videos of their journey.
