Goose was a beloved family pet who was surrendered due to landlord issues. This was an agonizing decision because Goose's best friend was an 11 year old child :-( With no remedy in sight to the housing issue, the family was desperate to find Goose a safe place and drove 4 hours to bring Goose to safety with ASR. Goose is friendly and social with everyone she meets at ASR and has gotten along well with male dogs. She is crate and house trained. She lived with two senior cats in her prior life, and while separated by a baby gate, Goose appeared uninterested in them. Goose is ready to meet prospective adopters now and find her new forever family.
