Thank you for your cooperation.NOT YET TAKING APPLICATIONS – NOT YET AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION NEW INTAKE 2/2/2026: Sundew - female - 1 years old - 6.6 pounds - Schnauzer mix Reason for intake: Sundew came in with Sweet Gum. We were contacted about these two girls being found near Fontana Road in Monroe, during the ice storm. They were posted on Facebook and shared all over in that area, but nothing came of it. They've been run through animal control in West Monroe and once stray is up, we will send them to our vet for vetting the week of 2/9/2026. Stay tuned. NOT TAKING APPLICATIONS: Many dogs, particularly breeder, hoarder or senior dogs, can have multiple medical issues that need addressed. Additionally, sometimes we take in young puppies requiring multiple vaccinations and/or quarantining. In this particular case, we are not yet taking applications either due to age or possible illness or some other reason. We will post when s(he) is ready for adoption. In the interest of fairness, EARLY application submissions will NOT be considered. Please note… we cannot respond to messages/emails, etc., on dogs that are NOT yet available for adoption. Please wait until the dog is available for adoption.
