If you see a pet here, they are still available for adoption and you should apply through our adoption application on our website at https://www.arf-il.org/adopt/application/ Sassy is a 6 month old female Lab mix who weighs in at 45 pounds. This dog's adoption fee is $500. If you are still interested, please read more below. Sassy is a really sweet dog. She is super loving and wants to cuddle any chance she gets. She is great with all humans. She is still a puppy and definitely needs training typical of a dog her age. She loves to jump up on people to greet them and "hug them". She walks well on the leash and loves going to the dog park. She is nervous in the car but settles down pretty quickly once she gets in. She has a lot of energy but once she is done running around outside she is really good in the house and happy to lay around. Sass is microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, housebroken, and spayed. This dog's family will be required to complete a basic obedience course of their choosing. A meeting will not be scheduled until you have an approved application, so if you are interested in adopting this dog, fill out an Online Application today!
