Porter (affectionately known as “Porky”) is the sweetest, most devoted boy you could hope to meet. At around 6 years old, he has worked hard to transform his life — trimming down from 64 pounds to a healthy 42 and feeling fantastic! Once slowed down by extra weight, Porter now enjoys every moment of his active, happy life. This gentle, social boy loves hanging out with other dogs, gets along fine with cats, and greets everyone with a wag and a smile. He’s house-trained, crate-trained (though he doesn’t really need it), and well-behaved in the home. Porter walks nicely on leash, loves car rides, and happily joins in on errands or adventures. Calm, polite, affectionate indoors; friendly with people, dogs, and curious but gentle with cats. Crate and house trained. Porter is truly one of a kind — loyal, loving, and ready to share his heart with a forever family who will cherish him as much as he’ll cherish them.
