When she first arrived, she was terrified of the leash — even having it put on or taken off was scary for her. But with patience, kindness, and time, this brave girl has made wonderful progress. Over the past few weeks, she’s really turned a corner and started to show her gentle, affectionate side. Hildie is good with other dogs and, once she feels safe, enjoys being around people too. She’s blossoming into a loving, sweet companion who’s going to shine up like a new penny.
