Ozlo is a 9-year-old, house-trained, affectionate companion looking for a stable, permanent home. He is great with other dogs, does well with older children, and has a friendly, social personality. He is well-behaved in the home and knows several commands, including sit, stay, lay down, fetch, and “sit pretty.” Ozlo enjoys being around his people and does best in an environment where he can be included in daily activities rather than spending extended time kenneled. Ozlo does exhibit mild herding tendencies, so an adopter with some understanding of working or herding-type breeds - or willingness to continue guiding those behaviors - would be ideal. He is being rehomed due to a significant medical event affecting his owner, and not due to any behavioral concerns.
