A FRIENDLY & FUN GIRL: Approx. 4 years old / Approx. 34 lbs. Hi, I’m Taryn! I came to Mostly Mutts from animal control and am enjoying my time with the nice volunteers, who spend time with and take great care of me. Now I hear that I’m ready to find a wonderful family of my very own – where I can love and be loved furever! I hope to meet them very soon! I’m currently in the prison/foster training program off-site and learning a lot! Please inquire at 770-272-6888 to find out when I'm available to meet. • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I met other dogs at Mostly Mutts and I needed some time to warm up to them, but once I did, I liked them. It helped when I had a few visits with the same dog, so if you have a nice, patient doggie at home already, let’s meet and see if we can be pals. / Cats unknown. / I haven’t met kids yet at Mostly Mutts, so let’s meet and best no toddlers that I may bump over. • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I’m described as a friendly, active, happy, and fun dog. I was a little unsure at first when I got into the bathtub - but I was very sweet and handled my bath, and nail trim well. I am a bit vocal when I see other dogs or people and fast movements or loud noises may startle me, but I recover quickly. / Energy level: 4-6. • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I’m a proud graduate of the Mostly Mutts University training program so I’ve learned the ‘sit’, ‘stay’, ‘down’, ‘come’, ‘drop it’, ‘leave it’ and ‘place’ commands. I also use proper door etiquette and have good leash manners as well as accept nice strangers without jumping. Let's continue my training together with the free lifetime training classes that Mostly Mutts offers for all their adopted dogs. / My crate manners have been good. / I’m having accidents on the shelter schedule, so I’ll need your help in this area with a good consistent potty schedule. • LIKES/DISLIKES: I like playing with toys and spending time with the volunteers, and I’m sure we’ll discover lots of other things we’ll enjoy doing together in my new home. / Other than other dogs and restraint for my vetting, I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL: I'm current on annual vaccinations, micro-chipped and spayed. I wasn’t a fan of being restrained during vetting, so a muzzle may be helpful during my vetting. I’m a fun-loving gal looking for a wonderful family for life! My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.
