‘WILD BUNCH’ THEMED PUPPY: Approx. 6 months old / Approx. 40 lbs. & growing Hi, my name’s Sundance – one of the adorable ‘Wild Bunch’ themed pups! My sibling and I found ourselves at animal control, and we are sure happy to be with Mostly Mutts! The volunteers are letting us know every day what it’s like to be loved and cared for like all pups deserve. Now, we are each ready to love and be loved in homes of our very own! I spent some time in the prison/foster training program off-site and learned a lot! • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I met other dogs at Mostly Mutts and liked them, so if you have another dog that would like a big puppy friend, let’s meet! / I haven’t met kitties yet. / I haven’t met kids yet, so let’s meet and best no toddlers that I may bump over. • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I am a typically playful pup with a fun and energetic nature. The volunteers describe me as a ‘happy, wiggly boy’ who is ready to bring lots of love and adventure to a lucky family. Affectionate and playful, I will be a great companion for you as I grow into a great adult dog! / My energy level is 7-9, so get ready to be active with me. • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I’m a proud graduate of the Mostly Mutts University training program so I’ve learned the ‘sit’, ‘stay’, ‘down’, ‘come’, ‘drop it’, ‘leave it’ and ‘place’ commands. I also use proper door etiquette and have good leash manners as well as accept nice strangers without jumping. If I can’t contain my love and excitement and jump on a stranger, I am easily corrected with an ‘eh eh’ by my trainer. I am looking for a family that will teach me everything I need to know to grow up and become a wonderful adult dog – so get ready for some training with your new best friend. / My crate manners are good at Mostly Mutts as well as in a temp. foster home I visited. / My potty habits were good in the prison/foster training program, as well as in a temp. foster home I visited. Hopefully that will be the case in my new home, too! • LIKES/DISLIKES: I’m all about collecting cuddles and snuggles. I will reward all the attention with sweet puppy kisses – just for you! Toys and tennis balls are always fun, and I can’t wait to play with YOU, as I entertain you with my puppy antics. / Other than that scary bath sprayer during my shelter bath, and getting into the car, I can’t think of things I don’t like, but I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise and training. • MEDICAL: I've started my puppy shots, but you will have to finish these for me as I grow. I’m also micro-chipped and neutered. If you’re ready for the fun and excitement of having a puppy as well as the training commitment, then let’s meet!
