A VERY SWEET FRIEND: Approx. 11 years old / Approx. 19 lbs. Hi there, I’m Silas! I came to Mostly Mutts from animal control and I’m happy to be here and ready to find my new loving home! When I arrived, I needed bloodwork and a good dental cleaning, and I’ve received those, thanks to a generous grant from the Grey Muzzle Organization. Now I’m just waiting to meet my new family! • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I met some dogs recently at Mostly Mutts and although I didn’t want to play with them, I also didn’t show any aggression. If you have a nice dog at home, let’s meet and see if we can be pals. / Cats unknown. / I haven’t met kids yet at Mostly Mutts, so let’s meet and best no toddlers that I may bump over or that may fall on me. • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I’m a calm, gentle fellow with a heart full of sweetness. I have the peaceful spirit of a wise little man and the affectionate nature of a loyal friend. I was a perfect angel for my bath - so patient and relaxed - and I love giving kisses and soaking up love in return. I’m a happy, easygoing senior who will make a wonderful companion. / Energy Level: 4-6. • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I'm in the Mostly Mutts University training program and have already mastered the ‘sit’ command and I look forward to learning more. / I’m doing well in my crate at Mostly Mutts. / I’ve only had a couple of accidents on the shelter schedule, so I have a feeling I’ll do well in my new home once I settle in and know the routine. • LIKES/DISLIKES: I love spending time with people, going for walks, and taking in all the wonderful smells around me. I’m happiest when I can share gentle affection, give a few kisses, and just enjoy being close to the nice volunteers. / I haven’t shown any dislikes but I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, good care, and training. • MEDICAL: I'm current on annual vaccinations, micro-chipped and neutered.
