Friends to the Forlorn Adopt-a-BullName: Zeppelin Breed: Pitbull Terrier Estimated DOB: 11/9/2021 Location: Atlanta, Ga RESCUING ZEPPELIN FTTF was contacted by the shelter to help rescue Zeppelin as he was not doing well in the shelter environment. He was sick with a URI and needed our help. A wonderful foster stepped up and took this boy in to their home so he could recover in a healthy environment. His recovery is going very well, and this sweet boy is looking for his forever home. ABOUT ZEPPELIN Zeppelin is approximately 1.5 years old and weighs around 55 lbs. He is house trained, crate trained and already knows sit, kennel up, stay and place. He is highly food motivated and very eager to please. Zeppelin loves to go for walks, sunbathing in the yard or he is happy just lounging with his foster family. He loves Doggy Daycare and playing with all the other dogs. His also enjoys playing fetch and chewing on his Kong toys. Zeppelin enjoys most dogs and is not bothered by other dogs on his walks. He does seem to have some prey drive and has shown interest in cats, squirrels and other critters he encounters on his walks. He would probably do best in a home that does not have cats. Younger children also seem to make him a little anxious so a home with older kids would be most appropriate. Zeppelin's foster says that he settled into their home quickly. He would do best with a somewhat active family who can take him for walks and have play time with him to work off the puppy energy. Please complete an adoption application to meet this handsome boy! ADOPTING ZEPPELIN Zeppelin is neutered, current on vaccines, dewormed, heartworm tested negative, and microchipped. He is on monthly heartworm and flea/tick preventative. He is eating premium grain-free dry dog food. His adoption fee is $300.
