Female Dog, Shepherd
Shepherd / Mixed (Short Coat)
Description:
Chyna is a 9 month old female Shepherd mix, who is sweet and playful and oh-so-cute. It is truly hard to resist her charms! This sweet girl is a little shy when she first meets you, but she warms up very quickly. And once she knows you, she’s all about love! Chyna came into the shelter with her brother Hogan, who was recently adopted, and the two of them were always the life of the party. They had the best time playing, running around the park together, and chasing toys. Chyna doesn’t tend to go for long runs, but absolutely loves a brief jog around the yard followed by some playtime. She has just the right amount of energy to keep things fun without overdoing it. And after some exercise, it’s all about cuddles! Chyna is the type of pup who knows how to relax and curl up with you, showing you just how sweet and lovable she really is. This precious girl is looking for a loving home where she can blossom into the perfect lifelong companion. Could Chyna be the missing piece to your family? Come meet Chyna today and see for yourself - she’s waiting to brighten your world! This is a report from Montana, who gave Chyna a little vacation from the shelter: Chyna had an amazing time on her walk today! She was fantastic around people and cars, staying calm and well-behaved. Chyna is an affectionate sweetheart who adores giving kisses and soaking up belly rubs. She even had some fun chewing on leaves along the way! Toward the end of our walk, we went for a short run, and she loved every second of it, bursting with playful energy. She walks beautifully on a leash without pulling and is highly motivated by treats. Though she was a bit hesitant to hop into the car at first, with a little practice, she quickly got the hang of loading and unloading like a pro. Chyna is incredibly smart, loving, and an all-around wonderful girl! The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA.
