Wayland and his brother Moe were found on the side of the road and are being fostered by the family that picked them up. Foster Mom says he is sweet, weaned and about 11 weeks old. Whoever adopts has to sign a contract for him to be neutered. You can either fill out an adoption application on the website : safepetproject.org or come in to the Thrift store to apply.
