Weighing just over six pounds, this delightful little soul carries himself with a charming strut of confidence, a reminder that happiness often comes in the smallest, most joyful packages.Fairbanks loves his walks and eagerly helps you with his harness, as if to say, " I'm excited, let’s go!!” He’s wonderful with small dogs and travels peacefully in the car, safely buckled in his seatbelt harness, ready for any new adventure.As a hypoallergenic Maltese, Fairbanks will need regular grooming every 4–6 weeks to keep his soft coat healthy and clean. He recently had a dental cleaning along with his neuter. Fairbanks is now in great health and ready to start a new chapter filled with love and comfort.Fairbanks would flourish in a calm, adult home where he can enjoy a balance of peaceful indoor companionship and light outdoor activities. He’s affectionate without being demanding, a perfect blend of serenity and playfulness.If you’re looking for a loyal friend who will share in quiet moments, bring laughter to your days, and fill your heart with warmth, Fairbanks is ready to be your little beacon of joy.This dog's adoption fee is $550 to go towards their vetting (vaccines, spay/neuter, heartworm/Ehrlichia/Lyme test, fecal test, pre-op blood work, dental cleaning, and microchip as well as grooming if needed). They don't live in cages or crates (unless there is a medical reason to do so.) They are treated as family pets while in our care. * All dogs in our care are fed premium brand holistic food as well as supplements and vitamins specific to each dog's needs. We don't buy inexpensive bulk dry kibble, our rescues are fed premium wet food diets as part of a comprehensive rehabilitation program to ensure maximum health. .*All of our rescues receive complete quality vetting including full dental cleaning with pre-op bloodwork, spay/neuter, vaccines, and grooming. Dogs in need of specialized medicine will be seen by specialists, such as full cardiac workups, and ophthalmologist visits, all suspicious lumps, and bumps are biopsied, and every medical need is transparent to potential adopters. *Once you adopt from Get a Life Pet Rescue, you become part of our compassionate family and we are here for you if a problem with your precious dog arises.
