Since arriving at the shelter on 5/30/24, Cindy has been a social butterfly, winning over everyone she meets with her boundless energy and charming personality. Sheâs heartworm negative and ready for a fresh start, but what she needs most right now is a foster home to provide the structure, patience, and one-on-one attention she deserves. Cindyâs vocal nature is part of her unique charmâshe may bark or whine when she sees other dogs, but itâs all enthusiasm and no aggression. Sheâs housebroken, loves people, and enjoys spending time with well-mannered canine companions in small groups. While sheâs made great strides in her leash skills, she can still pull a bit in her excitement. Cindy has shown some resource guarding around food in kennel settings, so sheâll do best with a home who can offer understanding and clear boundaries.
