You can apply for Draco at www.ladyluckanimalrescue.org under the “Adopt/Foster” Tab. Draco is a sweet American Pitbull Terrier male puppy born approximately November 16, 2023. Draco was given to someone originally, but clearly he was not feeling good. A friend of theirs brough him to an Emergency Vet where it turned out he had the parvo virus. The vet treated him, but the original owners did not have to means to properly care for Draco and could not afford his bill. We were asked to step in and to take over his care. Draco is now happy and healthy and ready for his furever home! Draco is a sweet puppy that loves other dogs of all sizes and people of all ages. He would probably be fine with cats too. He loves toys and chewing on his bully sticks. He is not a high energy boy, he has a sweet and calm demeanor. He listens well and loves taking naps on the couch or in bed with you, and just prefers to be by your side at all times. He is crate trained and working on his potty training skills, he is almost there! If you’re interested in adopting Draco, you must own your own home with a fenced in backyard. Draco is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, fecal tested negative, and vaccinated (including rabies). He is on monthly flea/tick/heartworm preventatives. Draco is being fostered in Pompano Beach, FL.
