Meet Shanti - a darling little girl who was dumped with her mom and two siblings, taken in by a kindhearted person who knew they were too young to survive outside on their own, and has now joined our pack. Mom is a black lab, unfortunately we don't know dad. As a black lab mix, we expect Shanti will grow to be a medium to large sized dog. Her foster mom says her black lab traits are shining through already - good with the entire family, active, but loves her naps. Happy and playful, full of energy and love, Shanti is looking for a home with a fun-loving family or companion, someone with a little time for backyard playtime, maybe long walks, then snuggles in the evening. As a young puppy, Shanti will need all the usual puppy training in order to be the best adult dog she can be, and she will need time to decompress and adjust to her new home, family, and any potential new furry siblings, but we believe Shanti will do well in just about any new family with the time and energy for a new puppy.
