Description:

Meet Hans, the clever little charmer with a heart full of love! This bright boy was the first of his siblings to master the stairs and has already figured out the art of patience—waiting for the second water bowl rather than jostling for space at the first. Hans is a social butterfly through and through, adoring everyone he meets. Whether it’s cozying up to his foster mom, snuggling with his foster dog mom, or staying close to his siblings, Hans is always happiest when he’s near his loved ones—even if it’s just curling up beside a warm foot. He’s a playful spirit who delights in romping around the yard and is making great progress in learning to go potty outside. Looking for a sweet, loving companion? Hans is ready to be your devoted sidekick, whether you’re a family in search of a playful pup or someone who wants a cuddle buddy by your side. He’s eager to bring joy, love, and plenty of tail wags into his forever home! This pup was rescued from a high kill shelter in Texas.Meet and greets are by appointment only. An approved application is required to schedule a meeting. Check out our events page for upcoming open adoption events! We have no additional back story or update for this dog at this time. When we do, it will be updated here. This is all the information we have currently. Approved Applicants may make the adoption fee payment by clicking donate above. Partial adoption fees will not hold a dog. If upon meeting the dog of your choosing at your scheduled pickup time you find that you aren't a good match, your deposit will be fully refunded. Adoption fees include vaccines up until time of adoption, microchip, spay/neuter and 1st 30 days of free pet insurance. We are not affiliated with MetLife pet insurance. (you have to sign up for the insurance or it will not go into effect). Adoption fees help cover the medical care of the animals while he or she waits for a new home, as well as food and transportation costs. These fees help to provide care for the other animals in the shelter or rescue group who may have medical bills that are much higher than any possible adoption fee. The money also acts as a donation to help support the organization as a whole, allowing the group to continue its efforts to rescue and rehome pets. The dogs in our care are fostered in Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico. While all dogs are picked up during our scheduled times, sometimes transport dates change due to unforeseen circumstances. More questions? Read our FAQs here: https://4p4l.org/faqs/ Breed labels are a "best guess" by a shelter veterinarian and cannot be guaranteed.
