Description:

Happiness is a handsome 4-year-old named Hey Hey! Sweet and easygoing, the 27-pound owner surrender LOVES being close to his foster mom, resting his head on her, having his coat brushed, and then faithfully following her around the house. Moderately energetic and friendly, he also loves engaging with other friendly dogs, going on walks, playing fetch and playing with toys, particularly soft squeaky toys. On a recent visit to the Cat Casita where, not surprisingly, everyone loved him, he meandered through the cat room where numerous cats were roaming and calmly ignored them! Often following his doggy foster friends’ example, Hey Hey may know no commands, but he’s bright and eager to please, and being motivated by food and love, he should prove easy to teach. Fond of milk bone treats, accepting them gently, he’s never crated and is almost fully house-trained. Now what handsome Hey Hey needs to make him even happier is a loving home to patiently complete his training, including his commands, and keep him mentally and physically fulfilled fur-ever. Animal Rescue of the Rockies believes every pet should find a wonderful and caring home. If you and the dog are a good match then we'll connect you with our dog's foster parents to chat more in-depth. We'll ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee to complete the adoption when it comes time. Our adoption fees help cover the costs of saving more lives! A home visit will be scheduled within one week of your new pet going home with you. The adoption fee for this pet is $375. Our adoption fee covers the following: Spay/neuter Microchip DAPP vaccinations as age-appropriate for the dog. Adopters shall be responsible for all DAPP boosters after adoption. Rabies vaccinations as age-appropriate for the dog. Adopters shall be responsible for any rabies vaccinations after adoption. Please fill out an adoption application by clicking here . We want our pets to go to a lifelong new home, so thank you for your patience during the adoption process! Please email [email protected] for more information, as we can't accept calls at this time. PLEASE NOTE: The breed listed is the information we've received from the shelter. Shelters usually guess at the breed, so there is no guarantee, as we don't DNA test our foster pets.
