Meet Penn! Small in size, big on personality — Penn is a brave, bouncy little guy who’s ready to find his forever home full of love and adventure! Penn forms strong bonds with his people and is happiest when he knows he’s got someone to protect (even if it's just from scary bees ). At first, the world might seem a little overwhelming to him, but once he feels safe, his goofy and affectionate personality truly shines. One of his favorite quirks? Bouncing on his front paws like a little kangaroo when he gets excited — it's ridiculously cute and guaranteed to make you smile! Penn has a moderate energy level — enough pep for fun adventures, but also plenty of love for snuggly downtime. His compact size makes him a great fit for most homes, and he’s done well in 4-foot fencing with no issues. He came from a hoarding case, so he’s used to living with other dogs and would do well in a multi-dog household. That said, he does like to act like a tough guy, so he'd be best matched with confident, calm dogs who are larger than him and can handle his big-dog attitude in a little-dog body.
