Meet Matiaki! A gentle soul who recently found herself in a tough spot, found with 5 puppies and their mom. Despite her rough start, she proved to be a nurturing, easy-going, and wonderful companion who did great while housed with others. She is a shy girl, but once she trusts you, she is all sweetness and loyalty. She loves to stay close to her people while walking on leash, making her the perfect, gentle walking companion. Matiaki is looking for a patient, loving handler who understands that quiet, submissive dogs need a little extra time to feel confident in a new environment. While she is still learning her basic commands, she is eager to learn with positive reinforcement. If you have a calm home and a big heart, this sweet girl is ready to be your best friend.
