Dog, Pit Bull Terrier

Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed

Description:

Meet Mona, an affectionate, spayed 65-pound, 1-year-old super mutt eagerly awaiting her forever home. Her unique blend of breeds (Boxer, German Shepherd, Husky and at least 10 other breeds) gives her a distinctive look and lovely temperament. Mona enjoys people and has bonded quickly with volunteers at the shelter. She loves long walks and often checks in with her person, leaning against their leg and looking up at them with soulful eyes as they walk. Her loyal nature captures the hearts of everyone she meets. Mona would be a wonderful companion for hiking and adventures, as well as for snuggling on a couch. Mona seems to like other dogs and did well with everyone she met on a recent foster day out of the shelter. Please email us at [email protected] if you have any questions or would like to meet Mona today! All animals are up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies if over 4 months old), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. All dogs have been been vaccinated with DHPP and Bordatella (kennel cough) and heartworm tested negative (if over 6 months). All cats have been vaccinated with FVRCP and current on flea control. Please click on the link for Yolo County Animal Services for more information.
