Description:
Introducing Zarah, the only girl from her trio of lively littermates! At 12 weeks old and weighing at 13.3 lbs, this German Shepherd puppy is bursting with personality. We're thrilled that she's come along way from her intake weight of 7 plus pounds. Despite her small size, Zarah is smart, agile, and full of courage. After saying goodbye to some pesky worms that held her back, she's a happy, healthy puppy. Reuniting with her littermates Dodger and Willy, she had a blast at our adoption event on September 27th at Pet Food Express Land Park. She also fell in love with Jaz, seeking her out for lots of play and down time snuggles too. We're so glad that she's recovered completely from gastoenteris which put her at the VCA ER the week of September 14th when she experienced lethargy, vomitting and diarreha that was concerning when she only weighed 7 lbs at the time. We're grateful for any donations towards her $1600 vet bill since we have also incurred $4400 this week to treat our newest addition Melody for pneumonia with an overnight stay in the ICU in an oxygen cage. While we were at our adoption event on September 27th, we took advantage of the VIP Clinic held at the same Pet Food Express location for all our pups to get their booster vaccines. All of our pups were superbly well behaved as they waited for their turn. Zarah loves the resident shepherds at her foster home, getting a good balance of correction, play and snuggles from the dog pack. Her humans adore her and so happy that she's back to her darling self. Zarah spends the days playing with toys, getting lots of outside time and napping to grow. Zarah is now a pro at climbing out of her pen so she's now crated when her family is out of the house and at nights. She's sleeping 6 to 6.5 hours at night without a potty break which is always a joy for our foster families who get up at nights for puppy potty breaks. Zarah loves tug, playing with balls and just discovered the joys of a kiddie pool. Smart little squirt, she's the sassiest of her littermates and easily re-directed thanks to her love of treats. Motivated to please, Zarah is lovely and irresistibly adorable! Zarah also spent time at Bark in the Park SJ on September 20th uniting with her littermates Dodger and Willy to soak up all the love, snuggles and pets. She travels well on long trips, settling in for naps. Zarah is currently living in a loving foster home with three seasoned Shepherd mixes who are teaching her the ins and outs of doggy etiquette. Her foster family is showering her with affection and guidance as they work together on sleep schedules and potty training. This little gem loves snuggles and prefers to be close to her people and canine companions. If you're looking for a sweet, spirited puppy to be your new best friend, Zarah might just be the perfect match for you! Prepare for a lifetime of love and fun with this brave little girl by your side.Have you checked out our YouTube channel?
