Rhea has known neglect and abandonment, never receiving the love she deserved. Before arriving at the shelter that contacted us, she was left in a garage by her previous owners after they were evicted, forced to fend for herself until the landlord unknowingly let her out. Once into a safety net, Rhea's true vibrant spirit began to shine through despite everything she’s been through. She totally embodies sweetness and joy. Rhea is very playful, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and has such an eager desire to connect with people. She knows how to sit and simply wants to be loved. This pup is also now completely vetted, Rhea deserves so much more.
