Balou has a heart filled with love. He often times doesn't realize how large of a dog he is and prefers to smother you in his love. He's playful and energetic he loves to play fetch and often gets the zoomies. His favorite thing to do is to roll around in fresh cut grass and put his paws in the air and get his belly rubbed. He recently learned he's a natural singer with his evening howls. Balou loves kids and enjoys human interaction, at first, he can be intimidating due to his size, but it doesn't take too long for him to warm up to people. Balou prefers being outdoors and he enjoys roaming in the yard and sunbathing. He's a wonderful dog and love morning/evening walks. He's also a great passenger seat rider. Balou deserves to have the freedom to roam and enjoy a family who can give him all the love and attention he needs. He enjoys the groomers and loves to show his big smile, he even enjoys dressing up from time to time. He's a protector and does a great job at it. He loves to be brushed (except for under his tail) and really just wants someone by his side. Overall, Balou is a big loving teddy bear.
