Charlotte is a sweet, friendly, curious dog who is happy to jump into your lap for pets. Energy Level? Medium (at times high) House trained? Yes, mostly Describe how they are on a leash. Great. Describe how they are with other dogs? Overall dog friendly. She will play once she feels relaxed but prefers to initiate play. Have they been around cats or other animals? How were they? Good with dog-savvy cats Cues they know? Sit What are their favorite things? She loves attention, being petted, walking, toys, and food. What do they need to work on? Charlotte would benefit from more basic training (like come, stay, etc.) She also can be vocal when excited (either when she sees someone she likes or if there is street noise outside) How are they when left alone? How long have they been left alone? Charlotte does not seem to suffer from separation anxiety as long as another dog is with her. I have left her alone for 6 to 7 hours at a time so far. Where do they sleep? She sleeps in a dog bed or a crate. What is their ideal home? Charlotte's ideal home would have another dog or two unless a person is there most of the time. She loves going for short walks every day or a few times a day. She has tons of energy in the morning and at night. She will growl if a dog is too 'in her face' but overall has a good temperament with dogs and seems fine with cats. She does not enjoy being handled by a vet (i.e., getting shots), but other than that, she is great with people after being given a minute or two to acclimate.
