Borris. This mellow guy loves cuddles, sofa time, toys, bones, and mealtime. He enjoys walks and car rides, and would thrive in a calm home. He’d be happy as an only dog or with a canine buddy. Looking for a laid-back companion? Borris is your guy! Energy Level? Low House trained? Yes Describe how they are on a leash? He walks with a loose leash but does move from side to side—no reactivity to cars, bikes, or dogs. Describe how they are with other dogs? Friendly with all dogs, big and small Have they been around cats or other animals? How were they? Good with our cat and our dogs Commands they know? Sit and come What are their favorite things? Laying on the sofa and watching a movie. What do they need to work on? He could benefit from additional training. He's a fast learner. How are they when left alone? How long have they been left alone? He can free roam the house. He has been alone for 8 hours. Where do they sleep? Borris sleeps on his dog bed What is their ideal home? Borris is looking for a calm, adult home with someone kind and gentle. He’s a sweet boy who needs a little understanding. He doesn’t like to be grabbed by the collar and will give a gentle warning if he feels unsure. Borris loves his walks, car rides, and cozy downtime. He’d be happy as an only dog or with another mellow pup by his side. A peaceful home where he can feel safe and loved would be perfect for him.
