Description:
6 yrs | 7 poundsMeet little Francisco, the Little Survivor with a big heart For three long days, he ran for his life. Alone and terrified, this tiny boy was spotted darting through the hills, chased by coyotes and clinging to hope. When animal control finally brought him to safety, he was exhausted a little dog who had faced a very big world. Since that day, Francisco has been learning what it means to feel safe again. At first, every sound made him flinch, every hand made him hesitate. But slowly, with gentle patience and endless love from our staff and volunteers, this brave boy has started to let his guard down. He's learning that the leash means adventure, the lap means comfort and that hands can bring kindness, not fear. Francisco may still be a little unsure and who could blame him after all he's endured? but each day he blossoms a bit more. His eyes are softer now. The walls around his heart are coming down. What he needs is a calm, loving home where he can continue to heal and grow. Whether it's a forever family or a foster family willing to open their heart, this little survivor is ready to start his next chapter one filled with safety, warmth and love.
