Hello, I'm Summer! I'm an affectionate and friendly pup who recently found my new foster home. I've adjusted well to being the only dog in the house, even though I used to live with other dogs. I enjoy going on long walks with my foster dad in the morning and evening, and my foster mom takes me for a shorter walk during the day. I'm great on a leash and only get excited when I spot a squirrel or cat. However, my parents are able to calm me down quickly. In the mornings, I love waking up my mom with kisses and giving her a pep talk (even though she's not a fan of early mornings). Throughout the day, we hang out together, with me supervising chores, running errands, and spending time in the yard while my mom gardens. I absolutely adore belly rubs and I'm very calm. I love cuddling with my foster parents, get along well with kids, and I'm friendly with other dogs. I'm also well-behaved in dog-friendly stores, where I patiently wait in line.
