ATTENTION: All of our dogs are in private foster homes. We do NOT have a kennel with multiple dogs. We will make every attempt to process all applications within 3 business days of receipt. // // Meet Mitch! Mitch is a 2 year old, 18 pound Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua mix. He is a mellow fellow who absolutely loves snuggles. He is a smart and sensitive pup who is willing to learn with gentle correction. He walks well and tells you when he needs to go potty. He is currently in a foster home with an energetic female dog and plays well with her. He barks to say hello to new dogs but warms up to them quickly. He likes playing and going for walks but is just as happy being a couch potato. He is crate trained and does not seem to have any anxiety. He is wary of men at first but warms up if fed treats and gentle pets. We have not seen him around kids or cats but suspect he would be fine with a gentle introduction. Mitch cannot wait to find a family of his own. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and is microchipped. His adoption fee is $300. All Second Chance Dog Rescue dogs are spayed/neutered, are up to date on vaccines and have microchips prior to adoption. Adoption fees vary depending on age of dog. Fees help Second Chance Dog Rescue cover spay/neuter costs, vaccinations, medical treatments, food and supplies. Please go to www.secondchancedogrescue.org and complete an application today!
