If you are only interested in temporarily Fostering one of our rescues, please fill out a Foster Application. Meet Cosmo! This handsome little dude is such a sweet guy! Here is what his current foster family has to say about him: "We are fostering Cosmo, a very sweet and loving dog. He rolls over for tummy rubs when he’s not sleeping (and snoring) at our feet. Cosmo is great with our cat, and when the cat tries a stare down, Cosmo just walks away. He hasn’t been around kids much, however when he sees them he seems interested and not bothered or afraid. Cosmo is very good on the leash – not startled by noise, kids or bikes. We took him to a park to watch the Blue Angels and the planes didn’t phase him a bit – he was more interested in the people and the dogs. He does get excited when he sees other dogs – in a “I want to go say hi to my peeps” sort of way. Cosmo does best with a 20 minute walk – and is a good walker, no pulling once he knows the rules of the walk. He doesn’t like his crate, but once we put him in it he settles down and doesn’t bark or whine. He’s quiet when we leave the house and return and doesn’t bark when people come to the door. Cosmo is a silly, cute dog that settles down and becomes one of the family very quickly."
