Missy A056663- female Border collie mix, est. 2 years, 60 pounds Contact : Calaveras County Animal Services (209) 754-6509or [email protected] Missy was running around with a pack chasing livestock for about a year.Finally she was trapped.Even though she was scared and shut down initially, we were happy to discover that she was not feral. With the kindness and patience of staff and volunteers,she happily meets strangers and is very affectionate.Missy is now looking forward to walks and struts on leash. She has a special diet from the vet which is helping her intestinal issues.She looks forward to couch time in the room and enjoys massages.Missy is now approaching other dogs confidently.A meet ân greet is required if you have another dog.She needs a home without cats.Missy will need to be spayed before joining you.
