She’s the kind of dog that makes strangers stop on the sidewalk just to tell you how cute and well-behaved she is— and they’re absolutely right. Daily Routine: Taffy starts her day like a true champ— bright and early at 5:30-6 AM for a potty party in the backyard (tiny treat included!). After a bonus nap, breakfast is served at 8:15 AM, followed by a dignified stroll with her canine roommate, making sure the neighborhood squirrels stay in check. The rest of her day includes crate time, playdates with other puppers, backyard exploring, and snuggles— rounded out by a sunset walk, dinner, and a bedtime lick mat with frozen yogurt. Velcro Dog Vibes: From the moment she arrived, Taffy was sweet and curious—but now she’s a certified cuddle expert and squeaky toy connoisseur. She thrives on human affection and is always close by, whether you’re reading, working, or napping. She’s especially great with kids, loves attention from park-goers, and gently nibbles to show her affection. Playful + Polite: Taffy loves squeaky toys and has a growing collection she proudly hoards with adorable enthusiasm. She plays hard, naps harder, and knows how to share space with other small dogs. She's still learning the ropes of canine diplomacy but is well on her way to being a great pack member. A+ Walker & Explorer: This little lady walks beautifully on leash, takes breaks for sniff sessions, and leads squirrel stakeouts like a seasoned adventurer. She's alert, expressive, and always ready to explore (or protect her people with a bark or two). House-Trained & Hassle-Free: Fully potty trained, crate trained, and never destructive—Taffy is the dream foster. No digging, no chewing, just a love of grass sniffing and the occasional chat with a passing neighbor. She’s gentle, responsive, and thrives in a calm, loving environment. Ideal Home: Taffy would love a home with humans who enjoy having a lap warmer and devoted companion. Taffy is curious about the world and would happily be your travel pal, adventure buddy, or Netflix snuggler. Why Adopt Taffy? She’s sweet, smart, snuggly, and so very easy to love. With her seal-like play sounds, expressive eyes, and signature tail-wag greetings, Taffy will steal your heart in seconds. She’s fully trained, low-maintenance, and endlessly affectionate— what more could you ask for? Favorite Foster Moment: Taffy loves to burrow under blankets and curl up right next to you like a tiny heating pad. Her favorite spot? Right by your side, snoring softly, toy in tow.
